The Benalla Ensign Amateur Photo competition is heading into the final straight with only six weeks remaining.

The theme for February has been ‘‘Iconic Benalla’’ with all entries also considered for the front cover of the Benalla and District phone book.

The theme for March will be animals, however, we will still accept ‘‘Iconic Benalla’’ photos if you spot a good opportunity.

The prize pool is more than $800 supplied by She’s Arty Benalla and Camera House Shepparton.

Prizes will be awarded in adult and under-18 categories.
