Thank you to Rutherglen Tennis Club who hosted the U15 tennis grand final. Wahgunyah won against Corowa, this is back to back for the U15 team.

The one sided scores didn’t indicate the quality of tennis played by both teams. A great display of talent and sportsmanship alike. President Peter presented the runner up medals to Corowa and captain Tom Forrest said a few words at the end. Wahgunyah captain Jesse Johnstone, called up his team of Ethan Palmer, Caile Duryea and Max Harvey to receive their trophy, plus the shield and premiership flag. Max Harvey was awarded player of the year. A big thank you also to John Voss OAM who co-ordinates the NERTA U15 competition.
