They moved the ball really well and led a shell shocked Mornington Peninsula League by 23 points at quarter time.
The dominance continued in the second quarter with the Ovens and Murray doing all the attacking and having winners all over the ground opening up a 46 point half time lead and virtually having the result in the bag.
To the credit of the Mornington Peninsula League they outscored the Ovens & Murray by 5 goals to 1 in the second half but the damage had already been done as Ovens and Murray ran out comfortable winners.

The Ovens and Murray made a similar start to the under 19s dominating the first quarter and causing headaches for the home team with their leg speed through the midfield and up forward.
At quarter time the Ovens & Murray held a handy 3 goal lead and looked to be the superior team at this stage.
In the second quarter the Mornington Peninsula League started to dominate the stoppages with the bigger bodied midfielders and started to take control of the contest, although late in the quarter the game started to open up and again the O&M looked dangerous with their leg speed and outside run.
The O&M went into the half time break with a two goal lead.
In the second half the Mornington Peninsula League took total control of the stoppages and dominated in the middle of the ground taking a two goal lead into 3 quarter time.
It was more of the same in the last quarter with the Mornington Peninsula League taking control in the middle of the ground and dominating the last quarter to run out comfortable 41 point winners.
