Local CRT business Murray Valley Rural Services has been named as a finalist for the CRT 2018 Victorian/Tasmanian Business of the Year Award for the fifth consecutive year.
Victorian/Tasmanian CRT State Manager Stewart Kerr praised the continued high standards of the Yarrawonga and Berrigan stores with their wide range of specialist products and offerings.
“Murray Valley Rural Services are known throughout the region for providing some of the best agricultural solutions for their clients,” Mr Kerr said.
He also commended their commitment to providing the highest levels of service to their customers. “The team are always putting the needs of their customers first and is one of the key reasons they have built such a strong reputation,” he said.
Mr Kerr said Murray Valley Rural Services should be proud of their nomination.
“This store has consistently delivered the highest levels of client satisfaction by continually providing some of the best specialist advice throughout the region,” Mr Kerr said.
“When you look at the team they have put together, their commitment to customer service and standing within the community, it is easy to understand why they have been nominated.”
Murray Valley Rural Services Principal, Graeme McInness said he and the team were extremely proud of their nomination.
“The team and I are very proud to be nominated for this award,” Mr McInness said.
“We pride ourselves on what we do and have a terrific customer base.
“There are a lot of great CRT businesses, so to be nominated is a fantastic achievement for us.”
Ruralco Executive General Manager Greg O’Neil, responsible for the CRT network, praised Murray Valley Rural Services for its consistent effort servicing their community as well as the greater CRT network. “This store is an invaluable part of the region which stems from their strong community involvement and commitment to meeting the needs of locals for which they provide,” Mr O’Neil said.
“They remain strong contributors to the CRT group and are held in the highest regard by fellow CRT stores.”
The Victorian/Tasmanian winner will be announced on February 10 at the CRT Conference. The Victorian/Tasmanian winner will then represent Victoria/Tasmania in the race for the National CRT 2018 Business of the Year Award to also be announced on February 10.
