The composite team of Greg Dunn (Cobram) and the father and son combination Ed and Anthony Witkowski (Ringwood) won the Cobram triples bowls tournament recently.
Regular competitors for many years, the team had figured in top finishes, finally taking the top position.
The only winner of all of six games across the two days, the team was victorious ahead of the Moama team of Barry Brennan, Kevin Brennan and Brian Davey, who finished with 5½ wins and 104 points.
