Ms Fisher said she would be visiting polling places around the state until all was said and done on election day.
Ms McKenzie said her final message to the electorate ahead of Saturday was not to risk Labor leader Anthony Albanese becoming Prime Minister.
“This guy doesn’t care about rural and regional Australia,” she said.
“For those of us who don’t live in capital cities, having Labor running this country will be devastating.
“Australian’s have done it very tough over the last few years ... through COVID.
“We’ve had the bushfires, flooding events, etc.
“Through the COVID events we have come through very strongly economically, socially and even (from a) health perspective because Australians went out and got vaccinated.
“We shut the borders quickly and made all the right decisions.”
Ms Fisher said “It won’t be easy under Albanese”.
“To make good decisions you need to be at the table where the decisions are made,” she said.
“That’s why it’s important to be in a team.
“I’m with the Nationals. We’ve got Ross Lyman with the Liberals.
“But the independent ... she doesn’t pick a team.”
“I think, go with the team you know.”
