The B1’s had a convincing win over Wodonga 92/52.
All 3 teams were ahead all day and were lucky enough to take home the win. This was a back to back win for the B1’s as they won the B2’s last season, well done to everyone who played.

Laurie Way(S), Peter Smith, Marie Jones, Anne Milkins 35/8.
David Lewis(S), Tony Frienzie, Janet Davis, Anne Smith 27/18.
The A2’s weren’t as lucky. They came up against Club Mulwala, who took home the win 64/75.
It was a tight game all day with only 1 rink managing a win.
Ken Widdison(S), Kaz Hughes, Dom Carroll, Keith Mills 16/22.
Ernie King(S), Anne Summerill, Irene Biggs, Ray Bourke 23/30.
Raz Porter(S), Peter Browne, Lynne Mills, Tony Coughlin 25/23.
We have had a very successful season both in weekend and mid-week pennant.
Out of 5 teams, 4 were lucky enough to make it into the finals, with the A2’s winning weekend pennant and the B1’s winning mid-week pennant.
Well done to everyone who played and everyone else at the club who helped throughout the year.
The draw is out for the club mixed pairs, so check the board for the start date.
Due to the lovely rain last week the men’s pairs and ladies 100up had to be post-poned, so watch Facebook for the new dates.
Wednesday sees the start of BBQ, Bar and Barefoot Bowls. We have a full house for this event, which is taking place over 4 Wednesday evenings.
Even if you aren’t playing come down to the club for friendship and beers.
On a lighter note the boys had their boys’ weekend away.
They stayed at Moama and had roll ups at both the Moama and Echuca Bowling Clubs.
The winner of the annual turkey trophy this year was Keith Mills and it was an excellent weekend with lots of laughter and fun.
The ladies will be having their trip in April, sure it will be a bit more cultured.
