It marks the final addition to G-MW’s suite of newly appointed customer committees, which replaced the previous water services committees earlier this year.
Water delivery services general manager Warren Blyth said with the Loch Garry Future Service Strategy scheduled for completion in 2026, it was timely for eligible Loch Garry customers to get involved and help shape the future of service delivery in the area.
“Our customer committees play a vital role in representing community interests and guiding G-MW’s future direction,” Mr Blyth said.
“The Loch Garry Customer Committee will focus on progressing the Future Service Strategy, enhancing our services and customer experience, asset management and maintenance profiling, and planning for climate action responses.”
Expressions of interest can be submitted online at yoursay.gmwater.com.au/customercommittees until December 21.
Customers may also request a paper copy by calling G-MW on 1800 013 357 or visiting their local customer service centre.
Interested customers are encouraged to attend an online information session to be held on Monday, December 8 from noon to 1pm.
Registration and further details are available at yoursay.gmwater.com.au/customer-committees
Committee appointments are expected to be made in February 2026.
“We strongly encourage Loch Garry customers to take part in this important initiative. Mr Blyth said.
“Your insights and local knowledge are crucial to ensuring our services meet community needs now and into the future,”
