Nominations open for business awards

Nominations are now open for the Corowa Business Chamber – Federation Business Awards 2018.

The awards are an opportunity to showcase excellence in business throughout the whole Federation Council area.
There are ten categories which offer the chance for businesses across the board to participate, with the major Sponsor being Federation Council.
The categories include: Outstanding Young Employee (aged 18 to 35); Outstanding Young Entrepreneur (Under 35); Excellence in Social Enterprise; Excellence in Innovation; Excellence in Sustainability; Excellence in Export; Excellence in Business (20+ Employees); Outstanding Business Leader (aged 35+); Excellence in Small Business (up to 10 Employees) and Excellence in Small Business (11 to 20 Employees).
There are no application fees and entries are open to Corowa Business Chamber Members as well as non-members.
For the winners of each category there is a great opportunity to enter the Murray Riverina Regional Business Chamber Awards, provided all criteria has been met and if successful again to move into the NSW Business Chamber State Awards.
It is hoped that businesses from across the breadth of Federation Council will participate – Corowa, Mulwala, Howlong, Urana and all the areas in between.

Applications close on May 15, culminating in a Gala Awards dinner on July 20 at the Corowa Whisky and Chocolate Factory.
