Active Kids for junior cricket

By Corowa Free Press

Corowa Cricket Club will be on board as a registered provider for the Active Kids Program which means parents can redeem an Active Kids Voucher and use it to register for cricket in the 2019/20 season.

The Active Kids Program is a NSW Government initiative to promote children being physically active. Parents, guardians and carers of school-enrolled children are eligible to claim two $100 vouchers in 2019 with the second voucher becoming available from July 1.

With all junior cricket registrations being taken online this year via the website playcricket.com.au, parents will simply be able to enter their Active Kids Voucher code at the point of payment.

The Active Kids Program represents an unprecedented opportunity for new players to participate and to provide parents of returning players to receive a contribution towards the cost of registering their child, up to a value of $100.
