Training consultant Talissa Crosby said Lyster Inc. McDonald’s provided many opportunities for their workers.

“We are incredibly proud of our amazing store management teams, and seeing their hard work being recognised is incredibly rewarding.”
Lyster Inc. McDonald’s restaurant managers were also recently given the opportunity to attend the Restaurant Manager Conference in Las Vegas earlier this year, and their shift and department managers got to attend the Future Leaders Conference in Melbourne at Crown as well.
At the Future Leaders conference, some high-performing managers received an Outstanding Future Leader award to recognise their knowledge and skills in achieving great results in the business.
Among this year’s recipients was Thomas Pinchbeck, an assistant manager at Shepparton North McDonald’s.
Mr Pinchbeck has been with the company for five years now and, at 21, has risen through the ranks.
“I don’t see myself stopping enjoying being here for a long time,” he said.
“The team here is more like a family than anything, with a mutual circle of respect and giving back to each other and the community.
Over the past five years, he’s worked at almost all of the Lyster Inc. stores and enjoyed every second of it.
“You get to work with your mates,” Thomas said.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have been given at McDonald’s.
Lyster Inc. McDonald’s covers all stores in Shepparton, as well as Wangaratta, Mooroopna, Swan Hill, Seymour, Cobram and Yarrawonga.
