It took an hour to free a teenager from the white Nissan Utility he was driving when it left the road and collided with a power pole on Thursday, May 21.

The collision, at about 2.30pm, occurred on the Hopefield Road south of the Hopefield Siding Road.
The 18-year-old male driver was conveyed to Albury Base Hospital. He suffered a broken right leg.Â
The vehicle was written off. All emergency services from Corowa and district attended the scene.
Police investigations relating to the collision are continuing.
