The user-friendly tool provides greater transparency and accessibility to information about the current status of applications being assessed by council and those already determined.
Residents can find information on development applications, complying development certificates, construction certificates, development modification applications and Section 68 (Local Government Act) applications.
The Development Application Tracker contains a tracking system representing key milestones in the application process and is intended to provide a summary of the stages an application has gone through.
Information includes the proposal description, name of the applicant, location on google maps, status of application and the decision/determination.
Council is working to bring the ability to view lodged documents directly through the tracker in the near future.
