More than just a business awards night, this event recognises excellence across community organisations, sporting clubs and local businesses, all of which play a vital role in shaping this region’s identity and strength.
Among the nominees is Craig Waldron, owner of IGA Corowa and nominee in the Large Business category.
“This is about recognising the effort and contribution of not just owners, but the teams behind our businesses,” Craig said.
“It’s a great way to show pride in what we’re building together in the region.”
Nominations also include businesses such as Circa 1936, where Jen West has transformed a boutique hotel into a destination focused on visitor experience, and Brunella School Wear, where Lil provides exceptional customer care and personal service.
Small business owners like Melanie Trevethan from Sportspower, Sue Wynn from Corowa Travel, and Greg Ley of Ka Ching in Rutherglen have also stepped forward to support the awards through generous silent auction donations.
It’s not just business being celebrated with football and netball clubs, rowing, hockey and even the speedway are in the mix.
Community groups are being recognised for their commitment to wellbeing, youth development, and community connection.
Tickets are now on sale, and with extended nominations open until May 16, there’s still time to be part of this regional celebration.
