His birth is the only reason of our joy this Christmas, because like the people that walked in darkness we have seen the light. He did not want us to be lost in the darkness of sin. He wants us to see the light.
That holy night, when Jesus was born, God embraced us to heal our brokenness and imperfections, to rescue us from the power and the consequences of sin and to restore the relationship with him.
Jesus Christ is the light that overcomes the darkness of sin. He is our only hope and light that guides us back to the Father.
God uses our brokenness to display his grace and power. He takes our shattered pieces and creates us a masterpiece of love in the birth of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus, God’s power is made perfect in human weakness. Broken we may be, always remember that God gave us the way back to wholeness - Jesus Christ.
Christmas is not simply recalling the birth of Christ, it is about letting him be born into our hearts.
Are you ready to make him a space in your heart, or like many others, you already closed the door for him?
Are you ready to become bearer of Christ’s light others this new year, bringing love, forgiveness, and peace to the family and the community?
