Come on in, the water’s warm

The Lions Club of Corowa has very generously bought new dumbbells for aqua exercise classes held in the Corowa Pool.The dumbbells are a great muscle and core strengthening tool when used in the water.The classes are held on Monday to Thursday at 12 noon at the Corowa Aquatic Centre and on Fridays at 11am and 1pm.Aqua exercise instructor, Liz Seeliger said she was forever grateful to the Lions Club.Liz has encouraged everyone to attend the classes where the water is warm.
