The free event at Echuca East Recreation Reserve on December 3 will bring together schools, businesses, service providers and community groups to celebrate diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Intereach local area co-ordinator Fiona Brown said the event had continued to grow following the success of last year's inaugural celebration.
"The community response has been fantastic," she said.
"We're excited to bring everyone together again and continue building a community where everyone feels they belong."

Among those helping organise the event is Echuca College Year 9 student Mackenzie Connolly, who said inclusion was a message worth celebrating.
"Everyone deserves to feel included and valued and should be treated with respect and kindness," she said.
"I'm excited to see students from different schools come together. It's a great opportunity to show that everyone belongs."
The event aims to raise awareness, strengthen community connections and celebrate the contributions people with disability make across the region.
The celebration will run from 10am to 1pm on Thursday, December 3, at Echuca East Recreation Reserve, with all community members encouraged to attend.
The event is supported by Intereach, Campaspe Shire Council, Echuca Regional Health, Kyabram District Health Service, Echuca College, Echuca Twin Rivers School, St Joseph's College Echuca, We are VIVID, Community Living & Respite Services, U-Choose Independent Support Services, and With My Tribe.
