More than 30 local homes and businesses entered the 2025 Deni Lights Up competition this year, adding some colour and festive cheer to the community.

Karen and Robert Martin won the top prize in the Deni Lights Up competition for their Bluey-themed festive display at 6 Greaves Cres.
The couple's effort delighted judges and earned them a $400 gift card.
Runner-up Bradley Renwick impressed with bright pink lights while Cherrywood Emporium won best decorated business with an Australiana Santa theme.
Voting in the People's Choice award closed yesterday, after the Pastoral Times was printed. The winner will be announced in Friday’s edition.
Deni Lights Up is a Deniliquin Business Chamber initiative, sponsored by Ray White Deniliquin, the Deniliquin Pastoral Times, Ace Radio, Harvey Norman, Deni Ute Muster and Deni Golf Resort and Deniliquin Golf Club.
