Community organisations in Jerilderie will share more than $33,000 as part of the 2025 Murrumbidgee Community Grants Program.
Jerilderie Bowls Club was granted $1000 to purchase bowling arms to assist bowlers with disabilities.
Jerilderie Football Netball Club $1260 for football guernseys to celebrate Indigenous football and netball round.
Jerilderie Swimming Club will get $2000 for training equipment including flippers, signage and caps.
St Joseph’s Church was allocated $899 for a Dyson vacuum and battery to support volunteer cleaners.
St Joseph’s Primary School also received $2000 to help students attend a live musical theatre performance.

Jerilderie CWA held a successful street stall on Friday, with great support from members and the community.
Cath Rorato won the the box of fruit and veg, and Paul Ryan won the gift box of perfumed goodies.

Jerilderie Hospital Auxiliary members are reminded the annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, July 24 at 2pm in the meeting room at the hospital.

Jerilderie’s Town Garage Sale on Sunday was blessed with a beautiful sunny morning following a frosty, foggy start.
Bunches of blue balloons led people around town to the different displays.
