Emergency services were called to Bynedale Rd, Rand following reports the car had left the road and crashed into a tree.
Stacey was treated by NSW ambulance paramedics but died at the scene.
Her partner Jarrod, 46, and 17-year-old daughter, Dayna, were airlifted to hospital in a critical condition and her son Declan, 14, was also taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene was established and an investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Body identified by Homicide Squad
The body of a man found deceased in the back of a car in Corowa yesterday has been identified as a 93-year-old Werribee man.
The man, whose name has not been released, was found in a Victorian registered vehicle outside the hospital in Guy St at about 5am on Monday morning, January 19.
Victoria Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after police from the Murray River Police District initially responded.
At this stage, the circumstances surrounding the man’s death are still being established and a post mortem will be conducted.
A 33-year-old Werribee man and an 18-year-old Werribee woman are currently assisting police with enquiries in relation to the matter.
It’s understood the pair had been travelling with the man.
The investigation is being conducted by Victoria Police given the deceased man and his vehicle have links to Victoria.
