Set to light up the stage at the Rutherglen Memorial Hall on Saturday, May 25, this event promises an unforgettable experience for all ages.
Headlining the event are Empress + Aces, a local hard rock band from Albury/Wodonga, and popular local band Lucey, with both bands performing some of their own original music.
Known for their electrifying fusion of ballads and bold rock 'n' roll, Empress + Aces have been making waves in the music scene. Recently, they wowed audiences as they supported Birds of Tokyo at Club Corowa in an event dedicated to raising mental health awareness in collaboration with the Black Dog Institute.
With their infectious youthful energy Lucey is set to keep the crowd on their feet throughout the night, playing original songs and sprinkling in a few well-chosen covers.
"We're thrilled to be bringing together such incredible local talent for Arts Rutherglen Rocks Rutherglen," Arts Rutherglen Spokesperson Simone Pfeiffer said.
"This event celebrates the diversity and creativity of our region's music scene and promises to be a night to remember."
