Shepparton East Primary School’s celebration of 150 years is an opportunity for the current school community and the broader Shepparton East community to celebrate the generations of students and their families, educators, administrators and volunteers who have contributed to our school’s history and made the school what it is today.
At Shepparton East Primary School, we are extremely proud of the role the school has played in educating and guiding all our students throughout their primary school education journey.
For 150 years the school has provided a positive environment where generations of students have not only learnt core academics, but they have also learnt about the importance of daily routines, independence, health, teamwork, resilience and empathy, while always maintaining a curiosity to their learning.
Milestones like these do not just happen, it takes a dedicated team of educators and administrators that are well supported by a strong school community. Throughout our 150 years, we are extremely fortunate to have had this at Shepparton East Primary School.
I would like to acknowledge all past and present staff, students, families and volunteers for their continued support of the school. Without all your contributions, this milestone would not have been possible.
As we celebrate our 150 years, let’s not only celebrate our past, but look forward as we continue on to the next chapter in educating our future generations of students.
Happy 150th anniversary Shepparton East Primary School, here’s to many more years to come.
