Openers Joe Lavis (score 11) and Kade Wilson (10) began brightly, finding boundaries off loose deliveries before Wilson was trapped LBW by former player Hatton.
At 3/40, the innings looked shaky until Fulford (24) and Langlands (22) steadied the side with a 26-run stand.
The highlight came from Jesse Moloney, Corowa’s own “Big Show,” who entertained the crowd with audacious stroke play and a quickfire 37.
Later, Blake “Billy” Elliot produced a determined 43, supported by Ethan Lane’s 24, guiding Corowa to a competitive total of 206.
With the ball, Corowa struck early as Grant removed the dangerous Smith for 13, and Jay Lavis trapped Vickery LBW.
At 2/62, the game was in the balance, but St Pats’ Scammell and Brown combined for a decisive 112-run partnership.
Despite Starr’s late breakthrough and spirited fast bowling, Scammell carried St Pats home in the 45th over.
The result leaves Corowa with four wins and four losses, setting up a crucial clash next week against ladder leaders Tallangatta at Tallangatta.
B Grade
Corowa's B-Grade reinforced their place in the top six after a convincing 36-run victory over St Patricks at Ball Park, successfully defending their total of 8/217.
After winning the toss and electing to bat on a flat pitch, Corowa’s openers provided a flying start. Blake Keenes and Karvan Silva raced to 38 before Silva fell for a quickfire 16.
Angus Massey then joined Keenes, and the pair built the crucial foundation of the innings, taking the score to 110 before Massey was dismissed for a very well-made 42.
Keenes reached his half-century but was run out shortly after for 52, leaving the team well-set at 3 for 131.
Mid-innings contributions from Austin Ross-Anderson (19) and Daniel Athanitis (21) pushed the score along to 158. Corowa then faced a wobble, losing three quick wickets to slump to 7 for 176.
The late innings belonged to Blayre Smith. In rare form, Smith found valuable assistance from Harry Norman and Eli Lavis, guiding the team through the final overs.
Corowa batted out the full 45 overs, finishing on a strong 8 for 217, with Smith unbeaten on 37*.
Defending 217, Eli Lavis provided the immediate breakthrough, having St Patricks 1 for 9.

Corowa needed a breakthrough, and Harry Norman delivered, removing the dangerous Scammell for 66 with the score on 145.
With the required run rate increasing, the Corowa bowlers collected wickets at crucial moments.
Blayre Smith claimed a wicket, and Daniel Athanitis chimed in, reducing the opposition to 5 for 151. A run-out further hurt the chase.
Lavis was recalled to the attack and proved too quick for the tail, collecting a flurry of quick wickets to bowl out St Patricks for 181.
Lavis was the chief destroyer, finishing with exceptional figures of 4 for 33.

Saturday’s C2 game started so differently this week as we could all hear our own team mates as the “Storm Trooper” was absent.
The Roos lost the toss but were still happy as they were sent into bat.
Mick and Billy opened up a very handy lead for us with Billy making an impressive 72 and Mick having made 135 not out as he had prior engagements to attend.
Next in was Nath with another handy 58. Jase came in next and steered the batting youngsters to make out a total an impressive 317.
After the tea break the weather looked gloomy and the unbelievable bowler in Clarkey took 7 wickets for 21 runs.
Clarkey was very exciting to watch and even threw in a hat trick to excite the team!!Other wicket takers were Jacko, Jase, and Billy.
Such a wonderful display of cricket was had at Baranduda; it's a shame that we have ‘Storm Trooper' back next week as he really was not even missed.
And of course, bring your whites as we could end up short with not even picking Closter in the team.

Austin Ross-Anderson and Eli Lavis (19) pushed the score past the century mark, reaching 127 before Lavis's dismissal triggered a brief collapse, with Corowa losing four quick wickets to fall to 8 for 152.
However, Ross-Anderson found a determined partner in Jake Witherden and took charge of the final overs.
Displaying outstanding form, Ross-Anderson smashed his way to an unbeaten 77*, ensuring Corowa capitalized fully on the foundation laid.
Corowa finished their 40 overs at a commanding 8 for 199, setting a challenging target for Albury next week.
