The A2 side travelled to Wangaratta and had a comfortable 25 shot win. This side is on top of the ladder, winning all games so far.

Maree Jones, Rod Garthwaite, Keith Mills and Raz Porter lost 21 to 28.
Darryl Brown, Judy Black, Wayne Lee and Ken Widdison won 32 to 11.
The B1 side travelled to Tungamah and also won comfortably, by 29 shots. They are on top of the ladder having lost only one match.
Dom Carroll, Lex Thornton, Bev Pilfoot and Peter Summerill won 18 to 13.
Brian Houlihan, Tony Coughlin, Gary Brown and Anne Summerill won 24 to 11.
Ken Mollinson, Susie Swift, Les Pilfoot and Bryan Gee won 24 to 13.
The B2 side played Corowa Civic at home, winning by 41 shots. This puts them in fourth place with 2 wins and 2 losses.
Ros Lewis, Sam Nixon, Tony Fierenzi and David Lewis won 21 to 10.
Lynne Ewison, Roly Nixon, Greg Keyte and Peter Mills won 15 of the 21 ends, scoring 21 to 13.
Ross Ewison, Anne Smith, Laurie Way and John Creighton scored 20 shots in 6 ends to win comfortably, 35 to 13.
The B3 side played Corryong at home losing by 34 shots. They are in 7th place and are yet to win a game. This team has four first year bowlers who are playing against stronger and more experienced opponents.
Jenny Petrie, Kelli-Anne Briggs, Tim Buggy and Robyn Fierenzi, played well but the strong Corryong side were too good for them, losing 7 to 38.
Alma Muir, Roseann Prentice, Jenny Lawrence and Garry Neill scored a 6 on the last end to sneak in a 21 to 17 win.
Pam Lee, Neville McPherson, Rosemary Baddeley and Dux MacQueen lost 15 to 22.
Weekend Pennant Results- November 11
The A1 side travelled to Wangaratta and came home with a 10-shot win. They are on first place on the ladder with 4 wins and 1 loss.
Ray McLarty, Rod Garthwaite, Hayden Brockley and Jordan Thornton lost 18 to 24.
Adam Larkins, Andy Dickins, Danny Webb and Scott Widdison won 19 to 17.
Judy Black, Troy Brockley, Wayne Lee and Shawn McMahon won 30 to 16.
Keith Mills, Mark Brack, Ken Widdison and Stuart McNeill had a 17- shot draw.
The A4 side were home to Rutherglen and lost by 21 shots. This team is in 3rd place on the ladder with 3 wins and 2 losses.
Tony Coughlin, Anne Summerill, John Creighton and Peter Summerill were outplayed and lost 15 to 25.
Chris Reilly, Lynne Ewison, Darryl Brown and Raz Porter had a narrow win, 22 to 20.
Lex Thornton, Susie Swift, Les Pilfoot and Ketch had a narrow loss, 20 to 21.
Brian Houlihan, David Lewis, Gary Brown and Norm Carmody lost 12 to 24.

Liam Larkins, Wally Langton, Peter Smith and Greg Keyte had a tough game, going down 6 to 36.
The B3 side played Chiltern at home and won by 4 shots after playing 50 ends. This side is in 6th place with 2 wins and 4 losses.
Marilyn Langton, David Muir, Dux MacQueen and Garry Neill had a 14- shot draw.
Rosemary Baddeley, Roseann Prentice, Robyn Fierenzi and Sam Nixon won 20 to 15.
Pam Lee, Joan Wood, Alma Muir and Ross Ewison lost 9 to 10 in a shortened game.
Thursday Rollers
12 teams turned out for Rollers last Thursday and the Carroll Team, consisting of father and son, Levi and Paul Phibbs, together with Dom Carroll, took home the Club Corowa Gift Cards. Thursday 16th November is the final week of the 4 -week competition. From November 23 until the end of March, barefoot bowls will be available every Thursday evening from 6pm. Entry is free. On the first Thursday of each month a BBQ will be held at a cost of $5.
Club Championships
Men’s Singles – More games were played this week and results are as follows: -Scott Widdison defeated Peter Summerill 25 to 8; Stuart McNeill received a walkover from Allen Bartlett; Jordan Thornton defeated Adam Larkins 25 to 4.
Ladies Singles- In the Ladies competition results so far are: - Lynne Ewison defeated Joan Wood in a marathon game, 25 to 19; Pam Lee defeated Shirla Wall 25 to 17.
Melbourne Cup
Fourteen members enjoyed 2 games of bowls, sometimes in light rain, before partaking in light refreshments and fellowship. The winner of the Best Hat was Susie Swift and the bowls winners were Darryl Brown, Ketch, Janet Mills, Greg Keyte and Peter Summerill.
Ovens and Murray State Triples
Corowa RSL Bowls Club hosted these finals on Sunday 12 November.
The Ladies from Wangaratta, Jan Hermassoo, Rho Smith and Jodie Fruend defeated the Yarrawonga team of Ros King, Sue Middleton and Evelyn Calder.
In the Men’s competition there was a three way play off; each side won one game and the winner on shots up were a composite side of Rob Bartel (Kiewa), Chris Langdon (Rutherglen) and Ian Brimblecombe (Wangaratta).
These winners progress to the Victorian State Championships next April.
