After the Easter Break, Corowa Rutherglen netballers faced off against the Panthers at the Lavington Sports Ground.
Despite the losses, coaches were pleased with the efforts of the Roos, particularly the new under 15s team, who put up a strong fight in a close game. While the Panthers came away with comfortable victories, coaches are confident the Roos will bounce back in the coming weeks.

The girls knew that they would have a hard game ahead of them as they took on last year’s premiership team in Lavington.
The team showed determination the whole game and never stopped fighting for turnovers. They placed constant pressure on the opposition, but in the end, it was a defenders game with the shooters not being able to convert the goals needed.
