Also playing at Cobram on Sunday is Matt Hansen, who plays his Murray Bowls State Singles semi-final.
Glenys McKay tried hard in difficult conditions but lost her Champion of Champions semi-final 21-10.
The first round of the Bernard Curtin B-grade singles was played warmly on Sunday morning.
Vidura ‘Panda’ Guarantee defeated Janice Graham 21-14, Kelly Milich defeated Jack Buckman 21-13, Hardy Rennick defeated Joe Cottam 21-2, and Gayle Reynoldson had the bye.
The semi-finals between Milich, Reynoldson, Rennick, and Gunaratne will be played on Thursday evening.
It was a tough week for the Curlews in the pennant.
The Midweek Pennant team finished off their season with a loss, going down to Numurkah 3 at Numurkah, 38-67.
Garry Seamer lost 11-21, Glenys McKay lost 11-21, and Steve Gann lost 16-25.
Berrigan had a bye in the last round.
While their season is now over, the team improved as the year went on.
On Saturday, the Weekend Pennant Division 1 and Division 3 teams both travelled to Numurkah Golf.
Division 1 lost on all three rinks 48-71 (0-16).
Rob Lillis lost 18-24, Rick Bradbury lost 14-20, and Graeme Clements lost 16-27.
Division 3 lost 40-79 (0-16).
Alex Dalgliesh lost 16-23, Steve Gann lost 13-24, and Glenys McKay lost 13-24.
Both teams finish the season at home against Numurkah on Saturday.
Unfortunately for Division 4, while they had eight bowlers available to play, they did not have enough bowlers meeting Murray Bowls requirements to play in the final three rounds.
There was a great turn up for the barefoot bowls practice on Wednesday night, with eight teams registered.
There is still room for more, with the season starting in earnest tonight at 6.15pm.
Entry is $10, which includes a sausage sizzle.
Jerilderie
Barefoot Bowls is the winner this week for Jerilderie.
Numbers continue to grow with new bowlers each week.
Teams are picked once the number of players is determined, with any new players being matched accordingly.
Eight ends are battled out between either pairs or triples.

Joker poker has begun again, with the first draw last week going to Harry, who was very confident but unsuccessful.
Hence, the Joker is now worth $450.
The Division 3 pennant team travelled to Nathalia on Saturday with a finals place hanging in the balance but definitely struggled on the day.
This week, there will be a home game against Cobram, and both teams are playing for fourth place.
Whoever is the winner will get into the finals; all points are required.
