The goaler had a stellar year, netting 418 times across 28 games for Rochy’s B-reserve and B-grade sides.
The medal recognises her as the B-reserve best-and-fairest, Brooks the key as the Tigers reached the semi-finals.
It’s also the second time she has won the accolade.
In an interview on the Goulburn Valley League’s Facebook page, the veteran credited her coach and teammates.
Brooks, a GVL life member, also joked she could play another 100 games, harbouring hopes of making it back to another grand final with the club.
A total of 25 votes was enough for Brooks to finish first, three ahead of second-placed Sophie Eade from Shepparton Bears.
Rochy also had three players shortlisted in the two major presentations, the Morrison Medal and the Wellman Family Medal.
Mitch Trewhella and Ryley Ferguson were in the running for the Morrison.
Trewhella polled 17 votes to finish equal-fifth.

The midfielder had another excellent year for the Tigers, being named in their best in 14 of the 18 games he played.
Per the GVL app, Trewhella was ninth in disposals, sixth in contested possessions, second in tackles, seventh for inside 50s and 10th in clearances competition-wide.
Meanwhile, Ferguson was just behind Trewhella in equal-sixth, polling 15 votes.
The ruckman joined the club in the off-season from Woodend and, like Trewhella, made the best 14 times this year.
Ferguson was one of the competition’s premier big men, placing equal-ninth for contested marks and eighth in hitouts.
Ryley Ferguson placed equal-sixth.
Both players also finished in the top 10 for ranking points.
In the Wellman count, Rochy sharpshooter Tia Webb was shortlisted.
Webb finished sixth on the leaderboard with 18 votes, an impressive feat considering the challenging year the A-grade side endured.
The goaler netted 540 times in 2026, the fifth-most competition-wide.
