Olivia and William Clifton continued their consistent progress, while Bailey, Imogen and Matilda Hicks also achieved personal best times.
Sophie and Wyatt Jones added to the club’s emerging talent, joining Violet Kiely and Austin Lees in strengthening the squad, while Joanie and Joyce McCall, Jack Moffatt, Mauritz Moolman and Nicholas Murphy recorded notable results.
Imogen and Isabelle Pilcher, Judd and Ollie Talbot, and Evoliet Velyka capped off a successful meet for the Corowa team.
A major highlight came from 13-year-old Marshall Lees, who qualified in the 100m breaststroke for the 2026 Veriu NSW Country Championships — a significant reward for his commitment in the pool.
Swimmers from Gould Swim Academy also performed strongly, with several athletes securing championship berths.
Lucy Burns (11), Ciara Delany (13), Emmi DeMamiel (13), Edward O’Connor (17), Nicholas Tukuniu (16) and multi-class swimmer Rylee Tukuniu (14) will travel to Sydney to compete alongside Lees from Friday, 20 February to Sunday, 22 February.
A further 25 personal bests recorded at the meet, underlining the depth of talent developing across the district.
With a host of personal bests and multiple qualifiers now preparing for the upcoming country titles, the Corowa Pennant highlighted the strength of the local swimming pathway and the promising future of the region’s athletes.
