CARUSO, Carmine (Charlie)

The Adelaide Juventus Sports and Social Club inc, Board and members, are saddened at the passing of a significant figure in our club and extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

The club was honoured in having Charlie serve the club as president from 1972 - 1980 and 1983 - 1991.

His distinguished services were particularly noted in the club’s entry into the NSL and the establishment of the NSL.

His contribution as the leader of the Adelaide City club and his influence on the game of football at the state and national level were significant.

His legacy as President over challenging and exciting times will be cherished and held in the highest regard.
