NOLAN, Michael Aidan

Beloved son, father, brother & uncle. Born in Ferns, Wexford Co., Eire, to Anastasia (nee Turner) and Owen Nolan. As soon as he was old enough, he travelled to Dublin and then to London, working in various jobs, staying with two of his sisters Stasia and Kathleen, to get settled. He travelled to Australia in 1973 and spent time working at vineyards around Mildura and he worked in Melbourne in various jobs. He became a father in 1977. He travelled and worked widely in Australia; in SA, WA, NT, FNQ, and Thursday Island, returning to Melbourne in 2011. He led a tough, and sometimes troubled life, but he was very passionate, could be rather stubborn and most of all loved to laugh. He is remembered by his daughter, his surviving brothers in Ireland, and many nieces and nephews. We will treasure happy memories forever and wait until we are together again. RIP Dad. Love you so very much.
