John Wright passed away peacefully on Monday 24th August after a beautiful sunrise with blackbirds and wattle birds singing him home. John was an ever loving husband to

Maureen ( passed away 08/02/2026).

John was Darl to Maureen’s Deario.

He was adored Dad and Pa to Gerard, Mary, Stephen, Louise and Annemarie and their families including grandchildren Tom, Shaun (dec), Dan, Esther, Erin, Jess, Aden, Zoe, Samuel (dec), Zac, Madeleine (dec), Flynn and Jules and great grandchildren Primrose and Emmett. John was the son of David and Catherine (Winifred) and cherished brother of Jim/Brother Dennis (dec), Bruce (dec) and Amy.

He was loved by his

nieces and nephews.

He will forever be remembered as a gentle, kind man with a heart of gold.
