will be held at the
Blackwell Funerals Chapel,
747 South Road
Black Forest, on MONDAY 10th AUGUST, 2026 commencing at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers a donation in memory of John,
may be forwarded to Flinders Foundation.

Envelopes will be available at the Chapel, a QR code
will be available also.
