Matt passed away peacefully on 24th September 2026.
Much loved husband of Rose, father of Grace,
Lou and Peter, father-in-law to Patrick, Sian and D'Anna, nonno of Teague, Anais, Aliyana, Hudson, Amelie and Lula.
Your love for your family drove you. You taught us, simply by the way you lived, to be determined, resilient and strong, to find opportunity in adversity, to give generously, and above all, to never give up. Your legacy and light will shine on. Now is your time to rest.
Requiem Mass for the Repose of the soul of Matteo Mimmo will be held on Wednesday, 7 October, at 11am at St Monica's Catholic Church, 820 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.
