Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.

Aged 100 years

Devoted wife of Colin Cole (dec) & Bill Schloss (dec).

Cherished mother of Shirley, Terry (dec), Errol (dec) & Hermann and their respective spouses.

Adored grandmother of Kendall, Jeanette & Lachlan,

Haylee & Gemma, Fiona, Sandra & Ronald, Ethan & Lucas.

Great-grandmother of fourteen (3 deceased)

and great-great-grandmother of one – and their families.

A much-loved sister, cousin & aunt & friend to many.

Hazel’s family warmly invites you to join them

in celebrating her long & loving life.

The service will be held at Keating’s Funeral Chapel,

Cnr Oak St & Cemetery Rd, Chinchilla,

commencing at 11:00 am, Wednesday, 17th December 2025

& will be followed by interment at Tanderra Lawn Cemetery.

Hazel’s service will be livestreamed.
