The 77-year-old WWE legend was outside a Wagamama in Tampa, Florida on Friday when he fell and hit his head, and now he has given a promising update on his recovery.
Alongside a photo of himself with medical professionals, he wrote on X: "One more surgery and one more possible skin graft, and then I will be good to go!
"Thank you @USFHealth Eye Institute!"
His accident was initially reported by TMZ, who reported he was walking across the street when he suddenly fell and cuts his head and eye.
In a post the following day, Flair smiled with a patch over his eye and tried to reassure his fans.
"Thank you all for the messages and prayers. I will get back to you each individually as I get stronger," he wrote.
"Thank you to all the Tampa General Hospital staff and doctors that put up with me until 4:30am. I appreciate you all and thank you for everything you did for me!
"I am focused on my healing and recovery right now. I will be okay!"
His daughter and fellow WWE superstar Charlotte Flair revealed her father had been in good spirits in the hospital.
"Not my dad telling the doctor he fell bc of (Ultimate) Warrior dropping him on his head… (ps: he's going to be ok)," she said.
Flair's fall came hours after he was forced to pull out of a convention appearance due to a blood clot in his leg, with doctors limiting his travel to three to four hours.
