Since they established their Furniture and Floors business in 2008, Damien and Peta Rosser have progressively expanded their range of goods and now include all household requirements.
“We can furnish your whole house,” owner/manager Damien told The Free Press.
“Over our time, our premises have doubled in size, from 800sqm to 1600 sqm as a result.”
There was, and still is, a wide range of quality furniture flooring which includes wood and vinyl flooring. Electrical goods including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and washing machines were added some 10 years ago when Reillys in Sanger Street Corowa closed its doors. The electrical range has since been added to.
For all your bedding requirements (‘BedsRus’ - beds are us), blinds and homewares (including all your kitchenware and televisions) have been added to the business over the years.
A browse through the Furnishings and Floors premises reveals a wide range of everything you need to be housed.
“It’s to keep people in town and provide a friendly service to all,” Damien explained about the additional business lines. “It saves people from Corowa having to go out of town for their household requirements. Our prices are very competitive.
“We opened a store in Wangaratta in June 2024 and we’ve expanded in Mildura in 2017.
“We have a versatile, friendly staff team of 13 staff who are knowledgeable in our wide range of products. Without staff I can’t operate.”
The business owner/manager, who was born and bred in Corowa, a town he loves, has advice for all buyers regarding additional and substantial delivery costs, especially from overseas with shipping container charges, for businesses. “Now’s a good time to buy,” Damien advised.
“We offer great deals as we are a part of four national buying groups Bestfurn Furniture, BedsRus, Betta and Australian Floor Style.
