The annual event celebrates our region’s boating heritage with a display of vintage wooden ski boats and vintage and classic cars.
It was a hot and sunny day with the cars and boats gleaming in the sun.
Winner of the Best V8 category was ‘Miss Lyndy’, and winner of the Best 6 Cylinder went to ‘Touchwood’ whose owners both took home $200 cash.
One of the many standouts of the boat show was Noel Palmer’s 1971 model, the ‘Conquistador’.
Noel has owned this boat for 52 years and still loves taking it out on the water.
Following the show and shine activities, the celebrations continued at Tattersalls Hotel.
The evening catered for the whole family with an undercover playground for children and live music from Rick Gauci Music.
Event organisers thank the community and their event sponsors for their support of the Boat Show and look forward to doing it again next year.

Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network invites the community to join them at Conversations on the Couch this Friday, October 30 from 9.30am to 11.30am at the Fifth Daughter cafe on the foreshore.
Event organisers at MPHN believe the best ideas start with a conversation. Conversations on the Couch is a chance to sit down in a relaxed setting and share your experiences with primary healthcare - what’s working, what’s not, and what matters most to you.
They want to hear your story. Your insights will help shape future programs, services, and support in our region.
Whether you have had great experiences or faced challenges, every story helps build a stronger, more responsive healthcare system.
