Police chased an allegedly stolen boat that was being towed around the Goulburn Valley for just over an hour on Tuesday, October 6.
Police said the ski boat was allegedly stolen from a property at Kaarimba earlier in October.
A police pursuit started in the Bunbartha area about 4pm on Tuesday after the boat was spotted on a trailer being towed, police said.
The Police Air Wing was used to track the vehicle, while Shepparton police were on the ground following it.
The vehicle eventually stopped at a Shepparton house, with Cobram and Shepparton police arresting a man.
A 39-year-old Shepparton man was charged with reckless conduct endangering life, reckless conduct endangering serious injury, dangerous driving while pursued by police, handling stolen goods and drug driving.
He has been remanded in custody, to appear in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
