Algerian bus plunges into ravine, killing at least 25

Rescue teams were working at the scene, with a constant flow of ambulances transporting the injured to the nearest hospitals.

The Civil Protection Authority said its teams are continuing rescue operations at the crash site. 

It added that the casualty toll remains preliminary and could rise further as emergency operations continue.

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has declared three days of mourning and announced harsh consequences for anyone found responsible.
