New recruits out in the community

Elyse Price and Hannah Ham, together with Monique Toppin are the other newcomers and are looking forward to working for the community.

The newcomers, with the exception of Monique, were under the supervision of Lawrence Walsh and Rodger at the Finley Public School Fete on Friday afternoon educating the students on the dangers of fires and what to do in emergencies.

Monique was absent as she and partner Chris have recently welcomed a son.

Station 293 would welcome more new members, and anyone interested in becoming a paid on-call firefighter in Finley as part of a fantastic team and providing a great community service can find more information at fire.nsw.gov.au/on-call.
